You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, participate in the community, submit a reading request, apply as an advisor, or purchase through a linked store.

What the site does—and does not do

The Map calculates chart positions and provides original symbolic interpretations for reflection and education. Results are not deterministic predictions and should not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency help. Do not delay professional care or make a high-stakes decision solely because of a chart, reading, tarot spread, post, or advisor statement.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate people, scrape or resell member data, probe the service, upload malware, evade moderation, publish another person's private information, or use the site to threaten, defraud, harass, stalk, or exploit anyone. Access may be limited or removed when reasonably necessary to protect members, the service, or the law.

Third-party services

Payments, merchandise, support memberships, hosting, authentication, and order fulfillment may be handled by Stripe, Shopify, Printify, Ko-fi, Netlify, and Supabase under their own terms and privacy notices. Fifth Social is not the card processor and does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

No guaranteed availability or outcome

The site may change, pause, or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific spiritual or personal result, compatibility, reconciliation, profit, health outcome, or future event. Nothing on the site creates a professional-client relationship in medicine, therapy, law, accounting, or investment advice.

Privacy Notice

Information you choose to provide

This can include your email, username, profile details, birth date, birth time, birth location, saved people or relationships, reading questions, posts, messages, reactions, reports, uploaded images, advisor application, and support requests. Checkout providers may separately collect billing, shipping, tax, and payment information.

How it is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, calculate and save charts, prepare purchased readings, operate profiles and community features, moderate abuse, fulfill support requests, maintain security, and keep records needed for orders and legal obligations. Newly entered birth data may be saved to a signed-in account so it can be reused; saved people can be removed from Account.

What is public

Usernames, public profiles, advisor listings, bulletins, Open File submissions that are published, room messages, comments, reactions, and images posted in public areas can be seen by other visitors. Do not post information you need to keep private. Direct messages are not public, but they are stored by the service and may be accessed when reasonably necessary for security, abuse reports, support, or legal compliance.

Sharing and sale

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the functions described above, or when required to protect people, enforce the rules, complete a transaction, or comply with law. Fifth Social does not sell personal information and currently does not use third-party advertising pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Local storage and retention

The site uses browser storage for display preferences, the Gnostic Lens preference, and authenticated-session operation. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, moderation, orders, disputes, security, or law. Account Settings can remove profile data and sign you out; full deletion of the underlying login or a specific retained record can be requested at hello@fifthbrushstudios.com.

Your choices

You can edit public profile data, delete saved people, export saved chart data, remove posts where controls are available, or request access, correction, or deletion by email. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records when legally required or necessary to resolve fraud, safety, payment, or moderation issues.

Written Readings, Advisors, Refunds + Merch

Written readings

Delivery windows are estimates shown before checkout. A full refund is available if you cancel before work begins. Because a written reading is custom work, it is not refundable after work has begun unless it is not delivered and no replacement delivery date is accepted. If Fifth Social or the selected advisor cannot complete the request, you may choose a new delivery date, a different approved advisor, or a refund.

Advisor marketplace

Verified means Fifth Social approved the advisor to appear in the directory; it is not a government license, scientific credential, or guarantee of accuracy. Advisors are independent practitioners responsible for their own statements, confidentiality, scope, and delivery. Fifth Social keeps the commission disclosed in the advisor terms and provides the booking pathway and marketplace controls.

Made-to-order merchandise

Merchandise is produced after purchase. Choose the size carefully: a preference change or wrong size is not considered a manufacturing defect. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the order, email hello@fifthbrushstudios.com within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos so a replacement or refund can be evaluated. Shopify and Printify checkout and fulfillment terms also apply.

Chargebacks and duplicate payments

Contact us first if a charge is duplicated, unrecognized, or attached to the wrong request. Fraudulent payment disputes, abusive refund demands, or repeated misuse may result in account restrictions.

Community Rules

• Critique ideas, interpretations, and sources—not a person's identity or safety.
• No hate, threats, harassment, stalking, sexual exploitation, fraud, spam, doxxing, or instructions to harm yourself or another person.
• No diagnosing strangers, declaring inevitable tragedy, or using spiritual authority to pressure someone into money, sex, isolation, or medical decisions.
• Label speculation as speculation. Link the original source when making a factual or historical claim.
• Post only media you own or have permission to share. Respect removals, blocks, moderator decisions, and private boundaries.

Content may be removed and accounts may be limited when these rules are violated. Serious threats or suspected exploitation may be preserved or reported when reasonably necessary for safety or law.

Copyright + Content Rights

Fifth Social's original writing, chart-rendering code, visual system, brand assets, and product artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Astrological glyphs, planetary facts, and chart coordinates themselves are not claimed as exclusive property.

You keep ownership of content you create. By posting it in a public or shared feature, you give Fifth Social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the feature where you posted it. You can end that license for future use by deleting the content where available or requesting removal, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, legal records, or material another user has already lawfully reshared.

Do not copy another astrologer's written interpretation, an artist's illustration, a publisher's archive, or a site's proprietary layout into Fifth Social. Source directories and live-feed cards should link to the original publisher and use only a short factual summary.
